This lovely antique pine chest features four drawers which graduate in depth, arranged in a two short over two long layout, each fitted with turned wooden knobs. The top is finished with a nicely moulded edge, and the whole chest stands on decorative shaped bracket feet, giving the piece height.

A practical piece for storing clothes in a bedroom, it would also work well in a hallway for linens or as a sideboard in a living room, offering useful drawer storage.

Dimensions

Width 100 cm x Depth 51 cm x Height 88 cm

Condition

In good antique condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use to include age related knocks and scuffs. The piece exhibits marks to its top and the lower front left bracket foot has been replaced as per the photographs. May display signs of historic woodworm which is no longer active and has been retreated as a precaution.
