Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery to most of the UK, Wales and Scotland* using our network of trusted couriers. We can also deliver anywhere else in the world and customers can request a quote for this service by contacting us using the contact form below.

Once you have placed an order with us, we will contact you to discuss a delivery date.  We pride ourselves on our quick dispatch times and in most cases can get your order to you within a week. 

*Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only, with the exceptions of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. If the delivery address falls within these areas then a member of our team will be in contact with a shipping quote.

At Jennings and Cox, we place great emphasis on ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients with the service and product they receive. To this end, we provide a hassle-free returns and refund service for those who may require it - simply submit a return request through our website and we will handle everything for you.

Once your return has been received, we have 14 days to inspect the item and issue a refund. 

Please note that unless otherwise agreed, there is a charge for returning an item to us which will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge will depend on an item's type and size with a maximum charge of £80.00 for the largest items.

We will notify you of any charge applicable upon receipt of a return request.
