Dating from the 1920s–1930s, this piece reflects the influence of the Arts & Crafts style and the design associated with Heals and the Cotswold School. The upper section is fitted with two panelled doors which open to reveal internal shelving, while the base is arranged with two short drawers over two full-width drawers. Each drawer is finished with turned wooden knobs, and the whole piece stands on bracket feet.
Well suited for use as a pantry cupboard in the kitchen, or in the bedroom for storing clothes and linen.
