Dating to the early 20th century, this pine chest of drawers features four drawers and is raised on a simple plinth base.

This antique chest provides ample, practical storage with its four generously sized drawers. The drawers are fitted with later-added cup handles that remain sympathetic to the piece’s original style. It has been sealed with a pine wax to enhance and protect the natural patina.

A practical storage piece that works well as bedroom drawers, or as a storage chest in a hallway or living space

Dimensions

Width 109 cm x Depth 55 cm x Height 91 cm

Condition

In good antique condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use to include knocks, scuffs and age related splits. Displays historic signs of woodworm which is no longer active and has been retreated as a precaution. Some wood-loss to the tops of the drawers as can be seen in photographs, plus to the back boards.
