Refunds and returns
We accept returns on all purchases as long as we are notified with the intention to return within 14 days of delivery.
We ask that items are returned to us using an appropriate method, in it's original condition and within 28 days of the delivery date.
Please note that unless otherwise agreed, returns are at the buyers cost.
Returns PROCESS
1. Request a Return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. You can do this by emailing contact@jenningsandcox.com
SEND THE RETURN
Arrange to have the item returned in it's original condition, using an appropriate method and provide us with the tracking information.
3. Return Received
Once we have received your return, we will process the item and issue a refund within 14 days (usually quicker).
