1. Request a Return

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. You can do this by emailing or by submitting a returns request via our online portal.

2. Collection Arranged

Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to arrange collection of the item - all you need to do is provide us with your availability. Items that were delivered as a parcel will need to be repackaged appropriately.

3. Return Received

Once we have received your return, we will process the item and issue a refund within 14 days (usually quicker).

As a small business, we do charge for using our returns service and this is deducted from the refund amount.

We will confirm the charge to you at the point a return request is submitted.

We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged.

Despite our efforts to ensure safe delivery, accidents do happen during transit.

In the first instance, contact us as soon as you notice the item is damaged – we might ask for photographic evidence of the damage, and of the packaging the item arrived in (if it was delivered via parcel). This isn’t because we don’t believe you, it is because we would require this information to lodge a claim with the delivery or courier company.

We will then either arrange the return of the item or, if you wish to still keep it, discuss a partial refund option.

Please note that we cannot accept any claims for damaged items after 14 days of delivery.

To return an item, simply fill in the returns form on our Request a Return page or email us and we will be in contact to arrange a return for you.

Depending on the size and type of item you are returning then we may charge you for returning an item. This is because we are a small business and courier charges are currently at an all time high therefore, we do ask that our customer’s contribute towards the costs of arranging a return. 

The amount you are charged will depend entirely on the size and type of item you wish to return with the maximum charge for the largest pieces being £80.00 via our preferred Courier network. We will contact you to discuss any charges before a return is agreed. 

Alternatively, you may wish to arrange to return your item
yourself however it will then be your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned in an appropriate manner and in the same condition as you received it.  Please note that arranging a return yourself will be at your own cost – we will not refund any costs incurred in arranging a
return yourself.

Once your return has been received, we have 14 days to inspect the item and issue a refund.  We will notify you when this has happened. content.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item.

Once a return has been agreed, we will then arrange to have the item return to us on your behalf, we will always try and arrange collection for a date that suits you best however, this will need to be within 14 days of a return being agreed.
