A Georgian pine two door cupboard dating from the 18th to early 19th century.

• Two panelled doors
• Moulded cornice
• Turned brass knob with working lock and key
• Raised on shaped bracket feet

This is a simple yet beautiful piece with two panelled doors that open to reveal interior shelving, providing three tiers of storage space. It retains its original lock and key, both of which are in good working condition, and the whole piece stands on shaped bracket feet — a hallmark of Georgian furniture design.

It has been sealed in a clear wax to enhance and protect the existing patina.

Width 103 cm x Depth 56 cm x Height 73.5 cm

Condition

In good antique condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use to include age related knocks and scuffs. Displays signs of historic woodworm throughout which is no longer active and will have been retreated as a precaution. There is a some woodloss to the back left foot as shown in photographs.
