An antique pine washstand from the 19th century with two drawers and a lower shelf.

Featuring two useful drawers with matching wooden knobs, this beautiful pine washstand is raised on four decorative turned legs and includes a nicely shaped lower shelf, which provides extra display and storage space. The whole piece has been sealed in a clear wax to enhance and protect the existing light pine tones.

It works well as a console table in a hallway or on a landing and could also be used as a dressing table in the bedroom.

Width 122 cm x Depth 53 cm x Height 71 cm.

Condition

In good antique condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use to include age related splits, knocks and scuffs. May display signs of historic woodworm which is no longer active and has been retreated as a precaution.
