A Victorian pine desk from the late 19th century, featuring a sloped top with hinged lid that lifts to reveal the tabletop beneath. 

It's simple, rustic design includes two drawers with decorative brass drop handles and it sits on turned front legs with square back legs and straight stretchers.

Its versatile proportions make it equally suited to use as a rustic pine console table or country hall table, offering both storage and function in a simple, traditional design.

In good condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use to include age related splits to the top. Displays evidence of historic woodworm which is no longer active.

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges.

The waxed finish will wear over time, we recommend using a furniture wax in a similar colour to maintain the item’s finish.
