Condition Report
In good condition with wear and tear appropriate to age and use to include age related splits to the wood which do not affect the piece's integrity.  The base has warped over time which has resulted in some separation on the lower left hand side as shown in the photographs. The bottom cupboard has a modern, magnetic catch to keep it closed.
