In good rustic antique condition with wear and tear appropriate for age and use. No cracks but since this is a handmade product from the 19th century it may feature imperfections to the stoneware and crazing to the glaze from the firing process.

Smaller items will be packaged up securely and sent via parcel - you will be provided with a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
For larger items we use a trusted network of couriers to deliver your order safely. This usually takes the form of a two man team who will confirm a three hour delivery time slot to you the day before delivery is due. On the day of delivery, they also provide regular updates on their route progress.
We are able to accept returns but this will be at buyer's cost (unless otherwise agreed).
If you wish to return an item, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. We can either arrange collection of the item on your behalf, the cost of which will be deduced from your refund or; you can arrange the return yourself.
